I am extremely satisfied with everything — from the consultation and surgery to the entire healing process. Before the operation, Prof. Dr. Kutzner gave me great hope that my long-standing pain and problems in both hips could finally be resolved with total hip replacements, allowing me to live pain-free again with hardly any movement restrictions. Now, 8 weeks after surgery, I can honestly say that the result is even better than I expected. I became pain-free very quickly. After just 10 days, I was already walking without crutches, only using walking sticks for longer distances. I can already move better now than before the surgery. I am able to walk long distances of 10–12 km without pain. Many heartfelt thanks to Prof. Dr. Kutzner’s team and the team at curaparc-clinic. I can recommend Prof. Dr. Kutzner with complete confidence and conviction.

My worst experience was with Placid Way. I got no response from you.

I paid for stem cell treatment that had no effect whatsoever and was a complete waste of money. I was told I would be put to sleep for the procedure, which simply did not happen. Instead, I was waking up throughout and in pain, which was extremely distressing and not what I consented to. Months after tried contact the Dr to state the procedure definitely hasn’t worked, the doctor repeatedly promised to call me but never did. I was later told my number had been lost so I provided it again, and still no contact. The level of care, honesty, and professionalism I experienced was extremely poor. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before going ahead with treatment here.

There were more sessions than we were told at first. In general, we are satisfied with the result and the service. Qualified doctors and staff.

Eine wunderschöne neu eröffnete Klinik. Leicht erreichbar, sauber, professionelles Team, fürsorglich. Lage sehr gut erreichbar (Translated by Google) A beautiful, newly opened clinic. Easily accessible, clean, professional and caring team. Very convenient location.

“I've heard a lot of good things about this doctor. I need to book a consultation.”

The team is very professional and friendly! I had surgery on my eyelid and everything went wonderfully. You don't get an appointment that quickly, but that's the way it is when someone is good and can hardly save themselves from patients. My conclusion: Highly recommended!

After struggling with erectile dysfunction for years, I was hesitant about seeking treatment. The team at Hafenklinik Hamburg changed my life. From the initial consultation, Dr. Zedan and his staff treated me with incredible respect and discretion. They took time to explain all my options, and the three-piece inflatable implant procedure was clearly the best choice for me. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery was much faster than expected. The facility is immaculate - more like a luxury hotel than a hospital. The nursing staff was exceptional, always checking on me and making sure I was comfortable. Six months post-surgery, I feel like a new man. The results are natural and reliable - exactly as promised. My confidence has returned, and my relationship with my wife has never been better. This wasn't just a medical procedure; it was life-changing. I cannot recommend Hafenklinik enough. The combination of German medical excellence, cutting-edge technology, and genuine patient care is unmatched. If you're considering this procedure, don't wait. This is the best decision I've ever made for my health and happiness.
